Celebrating the launch of Constantine House

On 6th October, we were delighted to host a friends and family soirée at Constantine House to thank trustees and many of the people who have been long-term supporters of Thorpe Estate and enabled the hotel project to come to life.

The guests were treated to a welcome cocktail designed by Luke Pearson (Pear & Sons), and a stunning five-course small plate menu from chef extraordinaire Andy Stubbs (Low n Slow) which included red prawn ceviche tostadas, flame-grilled sirloin on bone marrow toast and smoked Tamworth pork belly with mole verde. Hugh Lillingston generously provided an impressively  sized bottle of Bordeaux wine - Chateau Grand Village - to accompany the food.

The dining room provided a beautiful setting for the party and fortunately, it was warm enough to spill out onto the terrace and enjoy the balmy evening weather. We also had Chris from Bloom Photography join us to capture the evening and we thought we’d share a few of our favourite moments below…
