How much is it to stay?

Rates vary throughout the year according to demand. Our rates can be viewed here.

How do I book?

Constantine House can be reserved online with a valid credit or debit card. 50% of the rate is required at time of booking as a deposit, and the remaining 50% is required two months prior to the arrival date.

Can I reserve the House for more than one night?

Online bookings are limited to one night stays. If you’re interested in reserving Constantine House for more than one night, please contact us.

How far ahead can I book?

If your enquiry is more than 18  months in the future, please contact us directly for rates.

How do I access the House?

As Constantine House is located in the heart of Thorpe Estate, there are other residents, businesses and a working farm to consider, which means access is controlled. The main entrance gates are open daily from 6am and close at 12am. Between 12am-6am access to the Estate is only possible in the event of an emergency. A phone number for emergencies will be provided on arrival.

What time is check-in / check-out?

Our standard check-in times are between 2-4pm. If you wish to arrive before 2pm we will do our best to arrange a room to be ready. Our latest check-out time is 10am.

Is breakfast included?

A continental style breakfast is included in the rate and will be available in the dining room from 8 - 9am.

What is the maximum occupancy?

Please note that the legal maximum occupancy of Constantine House is 42 persons, including children. Infants in travel cots can be excluded from the overall headcount.

How do we allocate rooms?

Prior to your arrival, you will be sent a room allocation form to be completed with your guest’s names. We are required by law to maintain a register of all guests staying overnight, and only those people registered on the form can occupy Constantine House.

Can I book a few bedrooms instead of the entire house?

The advertised rate for your night includes the whole house and facilities including the reception area and lounge. Please note that this means the number of rooms cannot be reduced according to your requirements.

Do you have family rooms?

There are four twin rooms that are located next door to double rooms that are ideal for families.

Do you provide luggage storage?

If you are arriving earlier than the 2pm check-in time, please let us know in advance and we will be happy to arrange luggage storage for you.

Is the house pet friendly?

Pets may be allowed within reason, via prior approval, and solely at the discretion of the management. Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture, and may not be left unattended.

Is there catering available?

Please note there are no guest kitchen facilities on site. We have some fantastic local catering suppliers and would be happy to discuss your requirements.

Do you have car-parking onsite?

Parking is free and subject to availability. We also have six EV charging points available on a first come, first serve basis.

Can I visit Constantine House?

Viewings of Constantine House are by appointment only. Please contact us in advance to check availability.
